Though Aaron & Company Builders are well known for their luxury home building, Kathy tackles projects of all sizes and has very creative ideas when it comes to re- configuring space. Linda and I wanted to write to you and let you know what a pleasure it was to buy a home from you and Kathy. We have purchased numerous homes over the past years and this was by far our best experience.
You are very professional and truly take pride in the product you build and sell. We have had several good builders of past homes, but none measure up to your quality, fairness and integrity. I have never had a builder ask me to delay moving in, as you did, so he could be 99% complete with punch list items prior to the owner taking occupancy. Although we could't delay the closing and give you a little more time, we were extremely satisfied with the condition of the home when we moved in. Follow up on the punch list has also been good. We looked at a lot of homes and I knew we wanted an Aaron home after talking to numerous sub-contractors and getting their feedback. They all have tremendous respect for you and told of how you treated them fairly and that you are very detailed and build a quality home. After moving in and getting to know neighbors, we heard numerous comments from them about the quality of home you build as well. Kathy was also a pleasure to work with. Her sense of decoration and wilingness to make suggestions and changes was very much appreciated.
